I had been betrayed by my contractor. Now the owner of an atrocious, leaky roof, I began searching for help. I sought resolution from everyone I could think of including: GAF Materials Corporation, the manufacturer; my State Attorney General; the New York State Consumer Protection Board; the Better Business Bureau; the Better Contractor's Bureau; NARI; my District Attorney; and the Democrat & Chronicle newspaper. All I got was, disappointment after disappointment.
